FitMe Virtual Fitting Room is a platform allowing users to create a 3D avatar and try on digitized clothing from various brands.
Users of the FitMe service are permitted to use the content, including the 3D garment models, within the confines of the service. This use is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service.
FitMe owns all rights, title, and interest in the FitMe Virtual Fitting Room technology, excluding any third-party elements or applications used in the process.
The 3D garment models and other digital representations of clothing available on the FitMe platform are the property of their respective brands and creators. FitMe does not own these models but provides a platform for their display and use.
Users are granted a limited license to interact with these 3D models within the scope of the FitMe service. This license does not extend to copying, modifying, distributing, or using these models outside of the FitMe platform.
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of these third-party brands and creators. Any unauthorized use of these 3D models or other content is strictly prohibited and may lead to closure of the user's access to the FitMe service.
FitMe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time for any reason, with or without notice. This includes the right to change features, functionality, or content offered through the service.

FitMe provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Liability of FitMe for any claims arising out of the use of its services is limited to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall FitMe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and FitMe regarding the use of the service.
FitMe may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
FitMe reserves the right to transfer or assign these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, without restriction. Users may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of FitMe.
Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions provided by users to FitMe regarding the service will be received and treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary.
